Hayley Payton

Hayley is a burpee Guinness World Record holder and HYROX World Championship qualifying athlete. She has a proven track record of mastering dynamic exercises such as the burpee broad jump and applying training principles for success under race conditions.

Her comprehensive approach to teaching the "Burpee Broad Jump Mastery" course is rooted in her own training protocols and a deep understanding of biomechanics and hands on race experience.

Being part of the just 2% of HYROX athletes who qualify to compete at the World Championships, and with her impressive World Record burpee credentials, you really are learning from the master.


Matt May

Matt’s enthusiasm for helping people reach their fitness goals is infectious. With nearly two decades of coaching and group bootcamp deliveries under his belt, and having coached Hayley to Guinness World Record success and HYROX World Championship qualification, Matt has extensive knowledge and experience of explosive exercises like burpee broad jumps and of programming and coaching to increase agility, strength, and endurance of both the recreational athlete and the seasoned competitor.
